Meet Spring Branch TX Orthodontist Dr. Smith
Brian Smith, DDS
Dr. Smith received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio in 1982. He completed a two-year post-doctoral specialty training program at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1984 to earn the title of Specialist in Orthodontics. He currently maintains two practices limited to Adult and Children's Orthodontics in the Westbank area since 1984, and in 2009 he opened his 2nd location in the beautiful area of Smithson Valley.
Dr. Smith has a passion for providing excellence in dentistry. He has been a national speaker for CBCT 3D dental x-rays, as well as a continued user of 3D x-rays within his practices for patient diagnosis and treatment planning, which includes all phases of adult and children orthodontics.
Dr. Smith and his
family reside in the Westlake area where he is an active member of the
community. He has held positions as Board Member of the Tenth District
Dental Society, Editor of their Tenth Times newsletter, national
chairman of the AAO Chamber Dent
Program and is a member in good standing of the American Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Smith is an active member of his community and spends his time fishing, boating, barbecuing, and volunteering with faith based community projects. He also enjoys spending time at football games, and playing soccer with his two kids Jordan and Kendyl.
